  • Project Leader: manages the project on a daily basis, leads the piloting commitees and makes sure the customer’s specificities are followed.
  • Consultant: guarantees the link with the customer’s functional demands and the operational implementation of the solution.
  • Developer: carries out the developments necessary to the solution customization.
  • Manager: sets up configuration for new third parties, puts them into production and supports the users and administrators.
