Solution
- “virtual printers” are installed on suppliers’ computers enabling them to edit invoices in PDF format through their invoicing tools
- The PDF is thereon transmitted to b-process' tool "Uploader" which prepares the file for the platform and allows for any corrections to be made online
- This PDF is then e-mailed to the billManager™ platform which affixes an electronic signature to the received file , thereby making it legally valid and equivalent to the original invoice according to art. 289 of the French General Tax Code
- The necessity data is extracted from the file in order to automatically integrate the buyers' accounting systems
- The invoice is stored in an electronic safe ® for a 10 year period
