The project
Selectour Voyages, largest French network of independent travel agencies, chose b-process to dematerialize its invoices. The major question consisted in highlighting dematerialization among its Selector business units. To do this, it was necessary to offer them mutualized and attractive internet access for their customers.
b-process’ billManager™ platform, associated with the portal and “Push Demat” services, met these criteria to a T. This innovative service has been a win-win situation for Selectour’s corporate customers.
The solution
The billManager™ invoice dematerialization platform enables Selectour’s agencies and corporate customers to share all of invoicing information in total security.
Outgoing invoice dematerialization consisted in generating e-invoices on the platform from IGA or Perinfo back office solutions.
These invoices can then be consulted by customers on a web interface or be sent to them in PDF format.
This type of customized web portal is part of an overall solution and enables Selectour customers to save time—the invoices are available on line, access to their history is permanent, and the risk of document loss is zero.
It was also essential to offer an operational service for all of the Selectour network. The “Push Demat” solution from b-process was designed for smaller organizations. For larger entities—generally more mature in technological terms—b-process offered invoice processing via structured files in CSV or XML formats.
This association enabled Selectour to immediately deploy the solution among most of its customer base, and offer the same quality of service to all of its agencies.
