The project

Primagaz, goods and services supplier with complex professional specificity, opened bids to select an invoice dematerialization solution able first to process edited invoices for its big-box retaining and industry customers. billManager™, b-process’ ASP-based invoice dematerialization platform was chosen.

The first spec was a drop in accounts receivable processing costs. Another was to make a visible sales difference by providing a response that met the expectations of key account customers and lessen financial lead times by reducing invoice transmission costs and dispute resolution.

The solution

b-process’ billManager™ tax compliant invoice dematerialization platform is accessible in distance mode (ASP) via the internet thanks to a secured connection. It eliminates paper invoices and replaces them with entirely electronic flows by meeting fiscal and sales legislation requirements.

The following steps of the project will be to dematerialize supplier accounts receivable invoices by Primagaz suppliers, and the integration of an on line / distance payment solution to be analyzed at a later date (integration of ERP in incoming flows, workflows, etc.).
