Integration with third-party systems capability
Connection services to customers’ I.T. systems allowing for technical and operational integration of the billManager™ platform into corporate projects regarding the circulation and processing of management information flows, e.g. ERP and e-procurement projects or specialized extranet projects—corporate, travel or temporary work portals.
Third-party deployment capability
Business assistance services integrating the deployment of a customer’s third parties as a constituent part of a project’s success. As these services are naturally included in the existing Customer-Supplier relationship, b-process will only act among them when mandated by the customer.

- Long term solution operation with occasional deployment among new customers. The quality of this phase depends on the rigor with which the implementation project is carried out. A timely schedule must be kept as each phase includes mandatory tasks and deliverables and, thus, is punctuated by validation points.
