Solution
- A Valued Receiving Note (VRN) is transmitted by the ordering party to the billManager™ platform. An e-mail alert is then sent to the supplier informing that a draft invoice is ready for modification / check on the platform
- The invoice is corrected and/or validated by the supplier using a web interface ready to be processed for tax compliant dematerialization in accordance to art. 289 bis of the French General Tax Code
- The document is checked to make sure all mandatory elements have been included as per the French General Tax Code
- Storage of both buyer and supplier invoice in an electronic safe ®
