Kalligo chooses b-process to dematerialize its client’s invoices | ||
Kalligo.com of the Bruneau Group and first European web portal for the sale of goods and services, entirely dedicated to assistants and secretaries, chooses b-process’s dematerialization solutions.
Paris, 01/13/2010 - B-process, European leader on the electronic invoicing market, announces that Kalligo.com, first European web portal for the sale of goods and services of the group JM Bruneau, dedicated to personal assistants and secretaries, has selected their services for the implementation of tax compliant electronic invoicing.
Launched last September, the web site provides access to a panel of over 250 000 products for professionals (company gifts, press subscriptions, pre-prepared meals..) and services (hotel reservations, translations, legal information..), including a large selection of data sheets and free standard documents.
Kalligo has opted for b-process’s new “web service” offer which allows its users to access the lists of invoices dematerialized on BillManager directly from Kalligo.com. This solution is ideal to meet Kalligo’s high standards in ergonomics and accessibility.
The web service technology is quick and easy to setup. The supplier portal is configured to send data to the client interface. The solution is ready for use in a matter of days, and b-process provides technical documentation referring to configuration for easy guidance. Exchange between the supplier web portal and the BillManager platform relies on a web architecture service called REST (Representational State Transfer, SOAP on option) via a HTTP/S protocol to assure a secure transmission.
With b-process, transition to NO paper
Tax compliant electronic invoicing is entirely suited to JM Bureau’s environmentally friendly policy. All members of the JM Bureau team strive to respect the environment in daily life activities.
“In the Bruneau group, sustainable development is a constant preoccupation put into practice throughout different sectors; the ISO 14001 certification, waste management, eco driving for the transport”, Explains Céline Cupyers, project manager at Kalligo. “Electronic invoicing is an ecological commitment in the same way, it was only natural to choose the European leader of tax dematerialization to carry out the project and guarantee its success.” she concludes.
Alexis Renard, managing director of b-process indicates: “We are happy that Kalligo has chosen to trust in our “web service” solution”.
