The project
Wanting to reduce their costs and invoice processing lead times for its customers, the French subsidiary of Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), international service provider for corporate travel management, decided to move to tax compliant e-invoicing thanks to b-process web dematerialization portal. The set up of this new operating model is currently under way before the project is deployed in the rest of Europe (4 million invoices eventually processed in 4 European countries).
The solution
HRG will use the b-process’ ASP based billManager™ platform for 289 bis (95% of cases) or 289 V dematerialization. This platform includes two integration flow formats—csv and XML.
The different stapes:
Implementing an FCOR module which enables data correction by HRG for the profession.
New customer administrator notification at destination.
Weekly integration file uploading with mandatory Monday-Friday invoices.
Results
300,000 dematerialized invoices per year
50 purchasers in production
Extension of the project to 4 European countries (4 million invoices treated)
