Legal compliance
Acknowledgment of e-invoices as legally valid and tax compliant material was addressed in a European directive and 2 French laws (art. 289 bis and 289 V of the French General Tax Code). Document authenticity and integrity, interchange traceability, as well as the length of archiving and the means of restitution are the main criteria for this compliance.
