The project
To optimize its incoming invoice processing methods for accounts payable, overhead, intra-group invoicing, intra-entity legal transfer documents, and to reduce ancillary costs, Carrefour France initiated a strategic tax compliant e-invoicing project.
Supported by b-process, the retailer opted for the ASP solution, approved by 17 countries and usable by all types of suppliers.
The solution
The solution used the buyer portal functions of b-process’ tax compliant invoicing platform billManager™. Interoperable, favoring collaborative work and approved by 17 countries, a common input and output platform usable by all types of suppliers, thanks to its ASP operating mode.
This solution both got rid of printing, data entry, processing and archiving costs, while automating checks and matches. Thanks to the set-up of a collaborative workflow, it enables on line validation / correction and the automatic integration into an invoice data accounting system.
