Training adapted to administrators of the billManager™ platform

 

Description

This session applies to people authorized to administer the platform (I.T. technicians, information system administrators, etc.).

It covers access management on the dematerialization account and the functional aspects of flows along the billManager™ dematerialization chain, as well as the functions of the bugtracker tool.
 

Goals

  • Acquire an overall view of the principles and functions of invoice processing
  • Manage your users’ access to the platform
  • Learn to navigate in the system, create accounts, transfer files, and follow up invoice file integration

  • Basic system of billManager™ administration
  • Creation of account, user administration
  • File transfer
  • Notification of invoice status
  • Outline of our exchange and follow-up incident tool bugtracker.com used to ensure the management and the follow-up of your support requests
  • Exercises on your beta platform
