The project

Offering better and better services to its customers is a priority for Adecco, worldwide leader in Human Resource services and a major player on the employment scene in France. In this light, Adecco chose b-process to carry out a project on this scale. “Our goals were to provide a different and innovative service in the form of a portal enabling dematerialized exchange of invoices between the company and its customers, as well as offering legal invoice archiving,” stated Patrick Desbiolles, Customer Service Center Director for Adecco France.

So, we had to rely on a service provider who had real major project experience, which is why we turned to b-process. Their expertise in tax compliant e-invoicing is well known. Our choice was also based on the operational richness of its billManager™ platform and its ability to become an easy interface with other technology. In fact, using the CDC’s (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) Arkhinéo electronic safe ® guarantees long term legal invoice archiving.


The solution

“e-invoicing has really become a business of specialists, seeing that temping companies’ needs are very different from travel agencies or big-box retailers”, said Patrick Desbiolles. They had to rely on all of b-process’ know-how to bring Adecco an adapted response to its management needs.

Thanks to b-process’ ASP platotform, we were able to quickly set up a portal solution offering our customers the possibility of receiving dematerialized invoices in a fully secured environment. The project also included the creation of standard and for some customers specific connectors. Another step was the later migration of all its EDI customers to its portal solution.

After deploying Adecco’s main customers, b-process supported the company by providing it with adapted assistance for all of its customers’ needs, including those from very different sectors.
